We accept complaints involving:

How to Submit a Complaint

To report an infringement, please submit a completed Notice of Claiming Infringement to our team via email: hello@acelynstyle.com.

Once received, we will promptly investigate. If your claim is valid, we will take the appropriate actions outlined below.

Actions We May Take

If a listing is found to infringe upon IP rights, we may:

  1. Remove the infringing content or product listing.
  2. Notify the seller or supplier involved and share your contact details for resolution.
  3. Restrict selling privileges and withhold funds from the responsible party.
  4. Destroy infringing inventory in our control if infringement is confirmed or legally upheld.
